Our service started with listening to a hymn from the King's Senior School Choir; they were amazing! The service was led by Oswald House and the Bishop of Dudley. They did a brilliant job; it was well organised.
There were about 700 people at the service and the cathedral was full. We sang three hymns:
- Immortal, invisible,
- On Jordan's Bank
- Long ago, prophets new.
The second piece from the Senior School choir was, in our opinion, better than the first.
We enjoy taking part in the whole school cathedral services; they are often interesting and do have a feeling of togetherness. We are looking forward to being part of the congregation when we are in the Senior School.
